Description:
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Overseeing all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Monitor, control andcoordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors
- To ensure projects meet customer’s quality standards
- Any Ad-hoc duties required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with at least 6 years for Deputy and 10 years relevant experiences at managerial level in construction
- Process good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend
- Good Leadership and management skills
- Long term experience in industrial (factories, petrol/chemical plant) projects desired
- Able to communicate smoothly in English and Japanese language (to handle queries and feedbacks from Japanese speaking associates/ clients)
