REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 5 years relevant working experience within the Construction industry.
• Minimum qualification of Degree/Masters in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in spoken and written Japanese would be advantageous incumbent will be required to liaising with Japan Head Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee conceptual development, organization, scheduling, and implementation of construction projects.
• Plan, lead, and monitor project progress, including manpower planning, construction progress, master schedule, and cost control.
• Manage cost control for materials, manpower, and machinery within approved budgets.
• Address delays and emergencies, ensuring timely instructions and effective, safe, and economical methods.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and developers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project completion.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
