• We are a company specialized in the design, fabrication and installation of Floating Marinas and we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional Construction Manager
  Job Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and execution of onshore marine infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant local and international regulations, standards, and codes.

• Oversee onshore marine site operations, ensuring effective coordination between design, construction, and environmental considerations.
• Provide expertise in the design and construction of marine structures such as jetties, piers, seawalls, breakwaters, and dredging works.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and government bodies to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
• Conduct structural analysis, design calculations, and site assessments for marine facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and longevity.
• Implement rigorous quality control and assurance procedures for onshore marine works, ensuring all stages meet the highest industry standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, including environmental and safety risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, track budgets, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including coastal protection, erosion control, and marine ecosystem management.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on onshore marine projects.
• Strong knowledge of marine engineering, coastal infrastructure, dredging, and marine construction techniques.
• Proven experience in designing and overseeing marine structures (e.g., piers, wharves, jetties).
• Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other structural design tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
