Construction Manager - High Rise and Villa projects

Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager for our High rise and Villa Projects team in Dubai.
To provide overall management / direction for construction of large-scale building construction including high rise, towers and low rise villas, master developments projects and to lead the team throughout all construction stages of the project and to monitor project works related to quality, cost, program, and HSE and staff under control.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manages large-scale building construction including High rise, towers and Low rise like villas & master development projects or similar.
- Manage and control construction with respect to cost, resource deployment, TAT and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory construction delivery of projects.
- Review deliverables across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and / or any stakeholder involved.
- Drive construction reviews evaluating project construction quality, timelines & progress.
- Leading site construction activities for effective resource utilisation
- Drive quality plans to ensure desired quality standards of construction.
- Driving quality control in project construction.
- Manages and mitigate risks associated with construction.
- Keep tight control on cost, and receivables for project construction.
- Lead implementation of HSE policies for the construction.
Qualification / Experience / Skills
Full time Bachelors in Civil or Construction Engineering.
In excess of 15 years of Experience.
Relevant previous project construction experience in UAE

Pay: AED20,001.70 - AED25,000.41 per mont
