JASARA PMC is on the lookout for an experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a crucial part of our team, you will leverage your expertise to lead project teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of construction management experience with a focus on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive project teams effectively.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with vendors and contractors as necessary.
