Job description:

• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Developing detailed designs, doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
• Ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Should be able to manage site activities independently without any supervision.
• Make sure that client’s needs are met as projects evolve.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
• Preparing and updating works time schedule of workers and managing work to keep it flowing according to the approved schedule.
• Monitoring our subcontractor’s works and performing quality control inspections for delivering the executed works to ensure that it is pursuant to the contract specifications and drawings.
• Managing & scheduling of manpower, material, equipment & all activities for actual daily needs on construction sites.
• Contractor’s submittals reviewing, Sub-contractor’s prequalification documents, material submittals, method statements, technical documents, shop drawings, etc…
• Analysis and recommendations of claims for Extension of Time & Variation Order.
• Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control.
• BOQ preparation of civil works.
• Monthly payment invoice review
