YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge and competence within the area of Fabrication and Construction
- Knowledge and competence in sub-contracting of work
- Operational experience within Construction Management
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Experience in managing people and teams
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – technical/engineering
- Relevant work experience may supersede educational requirements

Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Construction Manager is member of Project Management Team, which is jointly responsible for achieving the Project’s deliveries according to Objectives related to HSSE, Quality, Cost and Schedule.
The Construction Manager will establish and maintain a team being responsible for all construction work including follow up of all relevant sub-contractors. HSSE, Quality, Schedule and Cost are focus areas
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to and comply with all Ørsted Project’s contractual requirements with special focus on the HSSE requirements and expectations.
- Establish, lead, and manage the Construction organization responsible for the Construction scope including but not limited to HSSE, Cost, Quality, Schedule, Construction Method, Fabrication Engineering, Site Installation, Warehouse and Site Logistics, Subcontract Management
- Ensure performance according to Contractor’s obligations of the Construction Organisation and related Subcontractors
- Perform and attend in required reporting activities, project meetings, risk assessments, mitigating actions, change management and others to ensure performance of the Work according to Contract obligations
- Manage Client and Subcontractor interfaces on Client Site, be pro-active to ensure good cooperation, performance and relations within own organization and with Client and Subcontractors
