REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience installing and supervising similar.
  • The CM will be experienced in the supervision and, ideally, the operation of all equipment and tools required to complete the installation.
  • The CM will have a working knowledge of Earth, Civil, and Electrical works to be completed on the project.
  • The CM will have experience managing personnel in excess of 20 men covering aspects such as safety, project planning, work planning, SJP/JHA/FLRA development, and HR (discipline).
  • Ideally, the CM will have hands-on experience with all testing requirements for all work types.
  • The CM will have experience and will be supported by project management in manpower forecasting, production tracking and reporting on projects of similar size and scope.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

The construction manager for any work scope should at minimum possess 10 years of experience in the scope covered or very related scopes. CMs for electrical or structural work must be Journeyperson or equivalent in experience. This position is expected to travel up to 100%.
