Job Title: Construction Marketing Manager
Location: Metro Detroit (Onsite)
Compensation: Pay range starts at $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Construction Marketing Manager, you will spearhead marketing initiatives that amplify our client’s brand and attract new clients in the construction sector. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, sales teams, and external vendors to create and execute compelling marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry’s unique landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
