JOB DESCRIPTION

• You look at each building design with a critical eye and consider possible optimization (technical and/or budgetary).
• You are responsible for drawing up an implementation plan based on the architecture, techniques and stability plan. You will have regular contact with the architect, stability engineer and contractor for this.
• In addition, you make price requests to both existing and new subcontractors and suppliers. Based on these quotes, you make the calculation and the complete preparation of a project.
• You are in close contact with external project management.
• You actively look for new subcontractors.
• You make a price comparison and calculate the cost price of projects.
• You provide support for the utility connections in our homes.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• You are an industrial or civil engineer in construction or an architect
• You have a critical mind and take initiative
• You can work in a structured and detailed manner
