Description:
Cornerstone Services Group is currently seeking a Insulation Project/Account Manager for our Omaha, NE location. This position requires a highly motivated Construction professional that can:
- Oversee work
- Estimate
- Service the needs of existing clients and add new clients to Cornerstones existing client base
- Achieve assigned individual/office sales & margin goals that have been budgeted.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience and product knowledge in industrial/commercial insulation & coatings or mechanical contracting or similar field
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Driver’s License, position involves frequent travel within territory
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, finance, business administration or a related field
- Knowledge of MIKE estimating and VTO
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Use of a customer relationship management (CRM) system like SalesForce or similar
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective customers through estimating, proposals, sales presentations and project management
- Solicit bid packages including drawings, specifications, details about customer needs, subcontractor requirements/interest, and helps to develop bid strategies on a project-by-project basis
- Assure accurate tracking of customer data, follow-up on sales opportunities
