ATCO Frontec is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join the team in Calgary

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in successfully executing various projects, focusing on new installations and upgrades to client infrastructures.
Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), with specific expertise in upgrading heating and air conditioning systems, general contracting, and electrical installations for commercial and industrial clients.
Support the team in the bidding phase by compiling bid documents and submitting them, including RFPs, RFQs, and proposals, support Project Mobilization activities.
Coordinate with all stakeholders to execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
Collaborate with in-house trades, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Maintain organization and efficiency, meeting or exceeding deadlines while working under pressure.
Assist line manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date logs (such as shop drawings, purchase orders), track responses, and keep the team informed of the status.
Review materials and supplier statuses, focusing on lead times.
Assist in creating and updating as built and maintenance manual documents.
Compile, review, submit, and track the status of various project submittals using construction management software.
Conduct project closeout activities, including documentation, final inspections, and client handover.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
