CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR:

Canadian Niagara Hotels & Entertainment, one of the region’s largest employers, is continuing to grow its businesses, and is seeking an experienced construction coordinator for its Construction Division to provide construction support and co-ordination for a variety of construction and renovation projects from project inception to project completion stages
What you’ll need as the Construction Project Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Solid organizational and computer skills
  • Demonstrated related construction experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task

Experience in related project administration and communication tasks including but not limited to:

  • Project timeline management
  • Design & finishes procurement and specification validation
  • Progress, scheduling, and budget control
  • Trade progress payments and holdbacks expediting
  • Stakeholder relations and trade coordination
  • Expertise with applicable construction project management software and Construction engineering/Management Technology training an asset
