JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry and will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our construction projects from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of project coordination experience in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and other project management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure project timelines and standards are met.
  • Plan, organize, and manage daily operations on construction sites.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
  • Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Establish and implement quality control policies and procedures.
  • Utilize CADD and other computer software systems for project planning and management.
  • Prepare project schedules, estimates, and reports.
  • Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on project specifications and adjustments.
