Description:

AD Energy are partnering with our amazing client who are traditionally known for Building, Owning and Operation of RNG plant in the UK. They have just announced that they are building their first of many plants in the USA in the wonderful state of Kentucky. Now this client is a legend in the RNG sector in the UK, using their own technology and boasting an amazing biology division that even has its own pilot plant for testing purpose. This business is backed by a giant in the world drinks industry and is completely self-funded.
We are looking to hire the first US based candidate to ensure the start of the project runs to plan and on time and budget. The Project Delivery Manager will be a senior position in the set up with the chance to further their career with not only the best in the business but with an outstanding group that holds a senior place at the table in the history of RNG development.
Title – Construction Project Delivery Manager
Reports too – Project Development Leader
Location – US (Kentucky) On Site
Salary –$180,000 to $200,000 + Package
Purpose: Oversee the development and implementation of the US project plan to design, build and commission the new site/s. Ensure each project is delivered on time and to budget by proactively overseeing progress and compliance and maintaining pace across all work streams.

Responsibilities:

  • Local Activity Management
  • Oversee site implementation of the project plan working closely with subject matter experts in the UK.
  • Proactively provide local management of the project, shaping and directing the overall programme approach and priorities, regularly reporting on status and risks.
  • Manage the inter-dependencies between all business and technical work streams and provide solutions to any issues arising, with input from the subject matter experts in the UK where necessary.
  • Identify any issues or risks which may impact the project and find solutions, escalating where necessary.
  • Collaborate with work stream leads to proactively manage progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action.
  • Spot early warning signs of risks to project timelines, budget & scope and take early actions to mitigate.
  • Manage the milestones of all work streams to ensure they deliver on time and in full.
