Responsibilities:
- Complete construction projects ensuring the health and safety of our tenants and employees.
- Projects include in-suite renovations, exterior siding, windows, roofs, boilers, common areas etc.
- Project Administration from start to completion of each project, including construction and accounting administration.
- Create Capex scenarios and reports as needed.
- Project Manage Building Upgrades.
- Tendering / preparation of RFPs.
- Complete municipal building and development permits where required.
- AFE & Purchase Order Process (Yardi) in collaboration with Construction Administrators.
- Construction Management & Progress Inspections.
- Procurement - vetting of new contractors and suppliers.
- Provide Contract Admin team with information required to create construction agreements for all work being awarded.
- Operations Support in designed territory.
- Critical Emergency response and its reporting (Clear Risk).
- Provide weekly updates on projects to stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities with both our field staff and Calgary Head office.
- Vendor Management, collaboration with vendors on ongoing projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
