Cadent Sourcing has partnered with one of the country’s leading Multi-disciplined Project Management Consultancies to source a senior level position within their organisation.
They are seeking an experienced Client Facing Project Manager for a Retail, Energy, Commercial and Residential projecst throughout Ireland. Projects are typically large and experience in same is needed
The ideal candidate will come from a consulting background or a client-side project management role in Ireland and be very strong when it comes to Client Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Civil or Structural Engineering Degree qualification.
• Fully Chartered or work towards being Chartered.
• Several years experience of a Project Management consulting or Client-side Project Manager role.
• Experience on large Residential, Commercial OR Retail projects.
• Excellent track record in Client Relationship management.
• Ideally, you will have some experience in people leadership and development.

• Fully & Autonomously manage Client Projects from inception through to completion.
• Oversee Planning, Contractor tendering, Schedule & Planning and Budget Management.
• Continually Build and Improve client relationships.
• Transparently report on activities, progress and roadblocks.
• Lead & Develop a team.
