OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of project management effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to ensure project success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
• Experience in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
• Facilitate effective project coordination among various stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, inspectors and clients.
• Oversee construction management activities, including site inspections and compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilize computer software for project documentation and tracking progress.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work and adherence to contracts.
• Ensure construction processes and procedures in alignment with client specifications and proper construction practices.
• Monitor construction site activities, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
