• 3-5 years of previous experience in a multi-service facilities management organization, preferably in high-volume retail sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational budgets.

• Facility management industry knowledge, preferably at a national level. • Manages the project development phase in matters of technical and construction cost.
• Prepares the project budget estimates and time schedules for investment approval purposes.
• Manages the detailed architectural and engineering design of DS projects in accordance with IKEA standards, manuals and guidelines.
• Manages the obtainment of all necessary permits to enable the start of construction of projects.
• Manages the procurement of all external consultants, suppliers and contractors in accordance with established IKEA routines and IMS procurement specialists.
• Ensures project construction is executed according to the project requirements of site safety, quality, time, and budget.
• Manages the satisfactory hand-over of completed areas for DS build-up and commissioning.
