Description:

Role: Construction Project Manager
Client: Specialist Public Works Contractor
Essentials: Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; minimum 2 years’ experience in construction project management (residential or commercial preferred); proficiency in MS Office 365 and Procore software; Full driving licence .
Location: South Dublin based office, Greater Dublin based sites
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000
Package: Company car, pension, fuel card, onsite parking, referral scheme, wellbeing and staff events.

Overseeing: Full lifecycle of construction projects, site teams, budgets, and health & safety compliance.

Our client, a trusted contractor specialising in public works for government bodies, healthcare, and local councils, is expanding its operations across Dublin and Leinster. With over 25 years of industry experience, they are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead 3 new high-quality projects and maintain their reputation for excellence.

  • Comprehensive Project Oversight : Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning : Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budget forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Leadership and Team Management : Inspire and guide site teams, effectively delegating responsibilities to achieve project goals.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders : Build strong working relationships with directors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve on-site issues swiftly, keeping all parties informed of updates and progress.
  • Financial Oversight : Track project budgets closely, address discrepancies promptly, and ensure cost objectives are achieved.
  • Ensuring Safety Compliance : Uphold health and safety regulations, fostering a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Digital Tools and Reporting : Leverage Procore software to manage project workflows, track finances, and ensure regulatory compliance.
