Description:
A premier construction group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, and/or Water/Wastewater construction.
- Professional engineering (P.Eng), Gold Seal Certificate (GSC), or project management certificate (PMP).
- LEED project experience or LEED AP designation (preferred).
- Proven management of large projects valued between $10 million and $100 million.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Bilingual in English and French (oral and written).
Responsibilities:
- Lead safety initiatives for project teams.
- Plan, schedule, and control daily project activities.
- Manage contracts and subcontracts, including negotiations and awards.
- Oversee project budgets, billings, and contract administration.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
