QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you have:

• An academic degree with at least 3-4 years of experience within project management, focused on construction projects – particularly rebuilding within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Industry experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is an advantage.

You are committed to adding value to every aspect of the project by delivering key professional insights and shaping the approach and methods. Moreover, you actively drive decision-making within the project, engaging senior stakeholders and the project owner to ensure we are consistently on top of the situation and project progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Direct project execution.
• Create and develop the project plan.
• Monitor and control project work.
• Negotiate project resources with Line of Business (LoB) management and manage these resources during project execution.
• Establish the appropriate project governance together with the project owner
