Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intermediate Project Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses primarily on commercial project management, with occasional residential projects as required. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage commercial and residential design and build projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with sbuilding codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment between vision and execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial project management within the Vancouver area.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, design principles, and local building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is an asset.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Interior design is a bonus
