CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Experience in Building & construction, civil projects.
3. Should be completed full cycle of 2 projects.
4. Have excellent problem solving skills.
5. Minimum 10 years of working experience in Singapore as assistant project manager/project manager in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil, Construction,precast projects.

• Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues.
• Coordinate, monitor & assist the sub-contractors on the progress of work.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Manage project budget.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Project planning and coordination to various locations including production yard, storage yard, holding factory and project site.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Manage Tendering works for Tunnel segments and conventional precast components.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Quality assurance.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
