Construction - Project Manager | Fort Worth, TX (76107)
Our client, a well-established leader in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of projects across commercial and residential sectors. This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering the opportunity to lead a variety of exciting ground-up builds, remodels, restorations, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from pre-construction to final delivery, with the ability to coordinate and execute all aspects of the project lifecycle.

- Must possess solid knowledge of construction and project management principles
- Extensive experience in construction projects is required
- Demonstrated ability in project planning and budget management
- Proficiency in using Procore construction management software
- Strong skills in project management, with a proven track record in managing construction projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret and review construction plans and specifications
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards in the construction industry
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
