Our client, a well-established leader in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of projects across commercial and residential sectors. This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering the opportunity to lead a variety of exciting ground-up builds, remodels, restorations, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from pre-construction to final delivery, with the ability to coordinate and execute all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Utilize Procore or similar construction management software to track project progress, manage schedules, and communicate with the project team.

• Must possess solid knowledge of construction and project management principles
• Extensive experience in construction projects is required
• Demonstrated ability in project planning and budget management
• Proficiency in using Procore construction management software
• Strong skills in project management, with a proven track record in managing construction projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to interpret and review construction plans and specifications
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards in the construction industry
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
