The Construction Quality Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to our Project Teams to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the construction phase.

REQUIREMENTS

• Third level qualification in a technical discipline - Construction/ Architectural Technology/Building Surveying or other related area
• Knowledge and experience of working with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015
• Relevant experience with digital construction documentation management
• Must have strong understanding and experience of construction detailing, in particular in residential builds
• Experience in timber frame construction is a distinct advantage
• Proficient across the full MS Office suite
• Strong understanding of construction sequence of works
• You must possess a full valid driver’s license
