We are currently seeking to recruit a Construction Solicitor at 0 – 2 years PQE level to join our growing Projects, Infrastructure and Energy team. Responsibilities:
- Managing a range of transactional, advisory and contentious matters in the construction industry
- Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke building and engineering contracts, development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties and ancillary project documents
- Providing robust and commercial legal advice in relation to various construction issues including contract interpretation, claims management, building regulations and health and safety requirements
- Preparing legal submissions and representing clients in all types of dispute resolution processes, including principally adjudication, conciliation, mediation, and arbitration
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and working as part of a team to deliver exceptional legal services
- Keeping up to date with legal developments in the construction industry and representing Beauchamps at industry events and seminars
- Assisting with internal know-how and the development of internal legal precedents
