REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation construction supervision.
• Proven experience in offshore projects and site-based construction management.
• Experience working in a PMC role (Project Management Consultancy).
• Familiarity with ADNOC projects and compliance with their standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in large-scale offshore EPC projects.

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation construction activities at site.
• Coordinate day-to-day construction operations to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Oversee offshore projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor and ensure that all electrical and instrumentation works are in line with engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams.
• Perform inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out in compliance with project specifications.
• Report on progress, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Support the development of progress reports, daily logs, and other documentation as required.
