Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation construction supervision.
- Proven experience in offshore projects and site-based construction management.
- Experience working in a PMC role (Project Management Consultancy).
- Familiarity with ADNOC projects and compliance with their standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in large-scale offshore EPC projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical and instrumentation construction activities at site.
- Coordinate day-to-day construction operations to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Oversee offshore projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor and ensure that all electrical and instrumentation works are in line with engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams.
- Perform inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out in compliance with project specifications.
- Report on progress, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Support the development of progress reports, daily logs, and other documentation as required.
