Description:

About the role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Supervisor within our team based in Blenheim. With a full forward workload including many challenging & diverse earthworks projects, we are excited to be able to offer this opportunity to an enthusiastic, motivated, and highly skilled Construction Supervisor candidate.
If you want to experience working with a well-established earthworks-focused construction company; large enough to deliver excellence across multiple disciplines whilst remaining small enough to have a family feel, then this could be the role for you.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Leadership experience as a supervisor in earthworks & river projects is an advantage
  • Extensive experience working within the civil construction industry operating a variety of machinery in a variety of roles
  • Experience with GPS machinery (Trimble and Topcon) is an advantage
  • Experience liaising with both clients and engineers
  • A full licence with a class 2 or higher, and WTR endorsements is essential
Covering the Marlborough region, the flexibility to work out of town and be away from home overnight would also be desirable.

In Return, We Offer: Joining the Isaac Group family means securing your place in a vibrant and supportive work environment. Your commitment will be rewarded with:

  • Stability: A full-time role (40 hours/per week minimum guaranteed) that ensures consistency in your professional journey.
  • Growth: Access to ongoing training and development opportunities to keep you at the top of your game.
  • Compensation: A competitive remuneration package that reflects your skills and dedication.
  • Resources: A company vehicle, tablet, and phone to empower your efficiency.
  • Versatility: The chance to broaden your skillset by exploring various construction aspects within our dynamic business.
  • Wellness: FREE Medical insurance coverage, emblematic of our commitment to your well-being.
