Construction Supervisor

WE ARE A WELL-ESTABLISHED ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR IMPLEMENTING MECHANICAL ENGINEERING WORK AND PIPING INSTALLATION FOR INDUSTRIAL PLANTS

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Assist and support project manager
• Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team-building sessions are required.
• Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
• Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods, and fluent speaking in English and Chinese.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are preferred
