Come join the GRS Operations Analytics team within the North America Data Office as a Consultant, Advanced Analytics!
The North America operations analytics team focuses on answering critical operations challenges across all segments of GRS North America. The team aims to forge strategic partnerships and leverage advanced analytical techniques to deliver data-driven and actionable insights that address business challenges, inform key decisions, and propel strategic growth within GRS. We deliver critical operational insights and enhanced analytics capabilities to accelerate North America’s Operations Transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop detailed and actionable analytical soltuons that support GRS Middle Market’s go-to-market strategies
- Conducts high complexity analysis for GRS North America in support of Underwriting and the Office of Operations.
- Partners with key leaders in the office of operations to assess business needs and provide analytical solutions
- May regularly utilize, update and adapt predictive modeling tools and/or focus on the application of the tools.
- Develop analytic tools used by others to do their jobs more effectively and guide decision-making.
- Answers complex questions by synthesizing data from diverse sources
- Presents findings / recommendations which impact profitability, growth, and/or customer satisfaction
- May lead discussions with senior leadership at the department or functional level
- Mentor/coach junior analysts or rotational analysts as neede
