The roles will focus on either Industrial Relations or Human Resources, however both roles will also provide consulting across the spectrum of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
We’re expanding our team and are looking for driven individuals with a passion for industrial relations and human resources. Whether you a recent graduate or have a well-established career, our IR & HR consulting roles offer the chance to work on diverse projects and contribute to solving workplace challenges for our clients.
For those early career professionals, the role will have a focus on legal research and other foundational IR and IR consulting services. Whereas for the experienced professionals the role will have a focus on industrial relations, including legal research and preparation of cases for conciliation or hearing. However, the successful candidates will provide consulting services across the full spectrum of IR and HR.
You’ll receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your expertise while delivering consulting services across areas such as:
- Drafting employment contracts and policies
- Industrial instrument interpretation and compliance advice
- Case research, case preparation and other advocacy assistance
- Workplace investigations and dispute resolution
- Discipline and dismissal advice
- Payroll Audits
- Workplace discrimination, harassment and bullying advice
- Performance management and development advice
- Enterprise bargaining and organisational restructuring advice
- Employee engagement and cultural reviews
- Training delivery and facilitated discussions
