DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK TASK TO BE CARRIED OUT

This role is based in Group People (HR area).

People Consultant acts as a trusted partner for leaders to guide them and give high-quality advice on complex people matters in 1-2-1´s or in groups. The main themes of support belong to the following areas: Organizational development, Employee life cycle, Team life cycle, Service development and governance. People Consultant in Common Service Line supports cross-country topics.

  • Act as a role-model and in all circumstances demonstrate high empathy and service-minded focus, to ensure great employee and leader experience.
  • Advise and guide leaders based on relevant analysis on complex people matters to ensure that people processes / relevant people process are followed in line with business priorities.
  • Build close relationships, guide and educate leaders in 1-2-1’s as well as in group to support the business to reach their people-related ambitions.
  • Contribute to and support the execution of people plan in business to ensure efficient implementation and thereby add business value.
  • Deliver value by always providing a holistic view and constructively challenge leaders, to ensure an outcome that is best for Klient
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder and change-management, and constantly develop and share knowledge about methods, processes and people priorities, to ensure quality of advice and that Klient’s people priorities are met.
  • Proactively recognize improvement needs and ensure they are forwarded to relevant People development units when needed, to ensure continuous improvement of people services and processes efficiency.
  • Role model equal treatment in interactions with employees, leaders and other stakeholders to ensure compliant and sustainable advice.
