Description:
Reports To: Director, Central and Eastern Europe
Type: 12-months consultancy contract (self-employed).
Location: Remote; flexible within CEE (Warsaw preferred).
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION NECESSARY FOR THE POSITION:
- University degree in any relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in policy analysis and execution, with proven interest and deep understanding of the CEE regional climate and energy policy. Understanding of EU policy making desirable
- Project management skills incl. manage meetings and respect internal and external deadlines.
- Candidate should be based in the region (preferably in Warsaw)
- English proficiency, one other regional language is mandatory (Polish preferred, other additional languages highly desirable)
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask;
- Good writing skills.
