About you: At Access People we are committed to bringing passion and customer focus to everything we do. Our team sits within the Access People Division, responsible for delivering new customers onto our PXD platform. We are a team of 24 consultants, who work hard, enjoy working together and truly believe in what we are doing to help customers adopt, use and benefit from our software solutions. To be successful in this role, you need to have a Payroll background where the key concepts of Payroll are clearly understood. Ideally you will also have a consultancy and/or implementation background – but don’t worry – if looking to move into a new consultancy career – once you are passionate about payroll and software delivery, we can support you learning and developing your consultancy skills as you progress your career with us. Day-to-day, you will: • Understand the key concepts of Payroll Software including how to map to 3rd party GL requirements and reconcile back credit/debit codes, in line with UK and/or Irish payroll legalisation, industry standards & processes • Deliver projects following the Access Implementation Methodology, training will be provided, either on site or remotely, implementing Access Software for new and existing clients • Run user training for customers on all aspects of the Payroll software product set, create delivery content and present back to the customer in workshops • Proactively manage your elements of client implementations to ensure that they operate within time and budget - monitor your diary to ensure that all assignments are accurate and up to date • Communicate with Project Managers and clients appropriately to manage expectations and ensure a successful implementation Your skills and experiences might also include: • Best practice Payroll or related business process and project experience • Previous experience in a consultancy / implementation role with a SAAS Payroll provider including E2E system testing and UAT experience • Ability to operate in the framework of autonomous working whilst demonstrating great time management and the ability to prioritise • Troubleshooting, diagnosis and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal and Customer Centred communication skills What are we all about?
