We are looking for a self-motivated, program & project strategic leader for the customer channels revenue & retention strategy team. Verizon Value is positioned to evolve how we compensate and incentivize our frontline employees and vendor partners. This position will help construct the strategic vision, both short-term and long-term, for overall employee compensation, performance led incentives, and overall pay structure design.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the field execution team and vendor partners to understand disparities in compensation
  • Developing, and partnering with stakeholders to implement incentive programs to improve employee retention, morale, and overal performance objectives
  • Actively keeping a pulse on and drive targets and performance
  • Converting data into meaningful storyboard presentations.
  • Showcasing opportunities and pain points through deep-dive analysis with supporting data.
  • Gathering and manipulating large quantities of data.
