Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and client-oriented team player with a passion for sustainability who will lead delivery and manage a portfolio of projects. The person in this position will help ensure we make a significant and measurable change in moving companies towards sustainable business models.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in a sustainability/ESG advisory position with responsibilities for project management, client engagement and business development.
  • Experience supporting clients to conduct double materiality assessments and to develop and implement sustainability strategies
  • Experience working with key ESG frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, , SDGs etc
  • Track record in building strong and trusting relationships with clients and partners
  • Structured and effective communicator that can shape and deliver messages to executive level and facilitate effective client engagements
  • Experience of contributing to the professional development of other teammates is a plus

Managing Clients and Projects

  • Strong project management skills and oversight through the project lifecycle, including scoping, budget and delivery
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, excellent writing and presentation skills, and a mastery of PowerPoint
  • Builds strong and trusted relationships with clients and/or business partners
  • Thinks strategically in order to influence decision-makers and outcomes
  • Distils complexity from detail to effectively coach colleagues to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Shapes new business development with our focus clients

    Teamwork and Organization

  • Effectively collaborates internally to bring our services to existing clients

  • Enhances ERM’s capability to collaborate with clients and deliver Corporate Sustainability services
  • Demonstrates strong people management skills to achieve results
