Aon is looking for a Data Consultant for our implementation team within pension administration. The team collaborates with internal teams to implement and support solutions for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst looking to familiarize with pension administration OR an experienced pension administration colleague with proven data management abilities.
This is a hybrid role working both virtually and from our Montreal office.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS
- BS or BA degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of database structures (tables, temp tables, stored procedures and user-defined functions)
- Experience with scripting languages like VBA, VBS or other equivalent.
- Experience with MS SQL and SSIS or other data-loading software
- Knowledge of Pension and/or Benefits Administration is an asset
- French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.

- Able to learn from others and adapt to standards
- Able to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
