Description:
EY People Advisory Services (PAS) within our Tax & Legal service line specializes in everything that has anything to do with people management. EY’s People Advisory Services help clients in designing and implementing an integrated people strategy. We provide advice on everything from planning development programs and remuneration packages, to efficiently managing global secondments and digitizing workflows. EY People Advisory Services professionals can help effectively harness the people agenda as part of an integrated business strategy. As such it will be your core mission as a Data & Tech Reward Consultant to enable and accelerate data-driven insights for your reward colleagues in their support to our client’s business. Your main focus will be on Digital Experience Design where you will:
- Translate business requirements into a business case, including cost-benefit analysis, feasibility, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with the IT team to translate the business case into a work program and development budget.
- Document and report on all project progress and communicate results to client-facing teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business continuity.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive innovation in the development of new technology solutions
