Inviting applications for the role of [Consultant], [Data Infra Support Analyst]!

  • You will be a part of the Technology Advantage data asset team, comprising content experts with strong industry knowledge, and executing and updating different proprietary assets such as peer benchmarks, databases, diagnostic tools, and simulation models to estimate the market size of the industry as well as compare industry peers.
  • As an integral member of the team, you will interact with both local and international teams to diagnose/solve client’s problems and ensure the delivery of quality projects. You will be working under supervision in further development and enhancement efforts of the existing data assets, as well as the creation of new offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Infrastructure: Experience with Virtual Machines and Kubernetes
  • Monitoring: Strong knowledge in system monitoring tools i.e Data Dog ect.
  • DevOps: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines
  • SQL: Intermediate level
  • Tableau: Advanced knowledge to onboard new Tableau projects from our S&E Team
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ticket Management: Experience with ITIL/ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude - willing to go the extra mile. Accuracy, strong attention to detail
  • High working standards and ethics
  • Eagerness and ability to learn fast. Dedication and commitment
  • Highly flexible and versatile mindset
  • Active listening skills, with effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders at different levels in the organization

    Qualifications we seek in you!
    Minimum Qualifications
     University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in quantitative sciences (e.g., mathematics, statistics, with
    focus on data), computer science or other data/analytical centric disciplines
     years of relevant experience and exposure to management consulting and/ or data analytics relating to market / business / consumer insights, preferably in a global MNC environment

proactively working towards developing an optimal solution

  • Analysing large data sets, finding patterns and providing a concise summary in the form of reports/ visualizations

  • Willingness to learn about IT industry, how digital is playing a key role in the industries
  • Working across multiple work streams and team initiatives
