12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Consultant to join our wonderful Early Careers team. As an Early Careers Consultant, you will play a key role within our People & Culture team by delivering strategic and diverse early career talent pipelines that meet the required future capability needs of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee program logistics including rotation planning, program communications, event coordination and travel bookings.
- Assist in the coordination, and delivery of key program milestones including but not limited to pre-engagement, onboarding, induction, development activities and program roll off.
- Present and engage with talent on and off campus and promote NAB’s brand as an Employer of Choice. Attend and present at university careers fairs, information sessions, networking events and high school sessions.
- Building strong partnerships with key industry bodies, Tertiary Institutions, high schools, and student societies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms. Manage post campaign and in program reporting and analysis with focus on process improvement and NPS.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to help the team plan and execute recruitment campaigns to attract the best talent to NAB’s early career opportunities.
