SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• You have successfully completed a university degree and have knowledge of sustainable finance (including ESG-based financial services, regulation and reporting)
• You have practical experience in the relevant processes, methods and technologies in at least one of the following topics
• Sustainability strategies
• Regulation (Taxonomy Regulation, Disclosure Regulation, etc.)
• Data analysis and management
• Project work and management
• ESG integrated risk models
• You are passionate about the financial services industry and its processes, products and procedures
• You are a team player with strong communication, analytical and conceptual skills
• Fluency in English, knowledge of German is an advantage but not a must

• Supporting challenging consulting projects in the analysis, evaluation, specification and implementation of regulatory requirements
• You will apply modern concepts and process models to identify, measure, manage and monitor compliance risks and integrate ESG aspects into complex process and IT landscapes
• You will gradually take on more responsibility for your topics
• In addition to project work, you will have the opportunity to contribute to internal topics (e.g. conceptual development of new advisory products in the area of sustainable finance, ESG, challenges in the financial sector, contacts with ESG data providers), to develop these further and to implement your own ideas
