JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

The Internal Firm Services Line of Service has been operating in the Katowice and Opole offices of the PwC Service Delivery Center since 2016. Our teams provide services to the companies of the PwC network as well as entities that are PwC clients around the world. We specialise in services in the area of accounting, HR and payroll processes, independence and risk management and graphics. We work in an international environment, connecting with our clients from many countries every day. We support the culture of innovation by engaging in automation and standardisation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting of documents and keeping of registers in terms of tax, customs and accounting,
  • Accounting for fixed assets turnover, depreciation, RMK, payroll, bank statements,
  • Confirming balances of receivables and liabilities,
  • Participation in the process of closing the month / year,
  • Participation in the implementation of tax obligations resulting from the provisions on CIT and VAT,
  • Preparation of reports and accounting statements,
  • Ongoing contact and customer support.

Our requirements :

  • Knowledge of the German language at a very good level,
  • Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level,
  • Education in the field (finance and accounting, taxes, economics) or experience in a similar position,
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office,
  • Knowledge of SAP, Datev or any financial and accounting program will be an additional advantage,
  • Good organisation of working time and independence in performing duties,
  • Analytical thinking skills and accuracy,
  • Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities.
