We are looking for a Consultant to join our Hydrology Team in London

What you’ll be doing:
You will currently be working with environmental issues preferably related to the water environment. Having worked in your role for between 1 to 3 years and having started to develop an understanding of water environment issues such as flooding, water quality, droughts and drainage. You will have some experience working with the associated software and you will be passionate in developing a better water environment in the UK.
Key responsibilities:
Research water issues such as flooding, water quality, droughts and drainage using publicly available and bespoke data sets.
Undertake site walkovers and other technical and departmental duties associated with the role;
Provide support in completing Flood Risk Assessments and ES Chapters;
Undertake consultations with Local Planning Authorities (LPA), Lead Local Flood Authorities (LLFA) and other Stakeholders including EA;
Support in bid preparation and fee proposals;

We are primarily looking for a qualified engineer or scientist with a relevant degree such as Civil Engineering or Physical Geography, but we are interested in you as long as you have relevant expertise and are a self-starting team player.
