Assignment Description
PDP D&W is responsible for planning and execution of Interventions, P&A, Drilling, Completion and Subsea of new wells on Fixed platforms and Mobile installations. We are currently looking for special competence within Information Management to support our drilling & well organization.

Together with Information Manager for PDP D&W advise, coordinate and support in minimum four different projects

• SPOT I (provisioning service for M365 workplaces)
• SPOT II (specific project for D&W ARIS working processes)
• Bridge project (prepare new solution for G-drive)
• Lotus Notes project

Together with Information Manager contribute to the following:

• Provide advice on how to structure and efficiently manage information
• Advice regarding external sharing of information
• Drive adoption and training in the use of information and content management solutions
• Support the organization to treat information and content as corporate asset.

• Advise on strategic IM issues and risk
• Secure handling of Business Area (BA) and/or country-specific IM requirements
• Identify IM risk and propose mitigating actions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Special IT competence in Information Management.
• Strong domain competence with information life cycle management
• Master or bachelor’s degree within relevant technical disciplines
• Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications
