Description:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at IQVIA as a Consultant in Integrated Research Solutions (IRS). As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in project management, delivering high-quality and timely inputs for client projects in the life sciences field. Working closely with Associate Principals and Senior Consultants, your responsibilities will span material development, moderating physician and patient interviews, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of primary research data/information, and contributing to proposals and strategic recommendations. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions.
Integrated Research Solutions at IQVIA aims to drive business strategy by combining art and science. It seeks to maximise the value of multiple inputs through structural analytics, pattern recognition and other advanced techniques, along with expert judgement that sifts and prioritises data according to the context. By combining traditional desk research with a mixture of quantitative and qualitative inputs, including new information channels such as social media, Integrated Research Solutions practitioners can craft an intelligence mosaic.
This can be used as a basis for actionable insights, well-substantiated business decisions, validation of existing inputs, or guidance on in-depth research.
The role requires a willingness and effectiveness in working with others in and across the organisation to accomplish team goals. A sound knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth, and decline is essential. Effective time management skills and able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients. The successful candidate will have experience in market research methodologies, implementation and analysis as well as moderation of market research qualitative interviews with a variety of stakeholders. Proficiency at developing reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience and ability to work autonomously and manage own workload with minimal guidance is also required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, behavioral science or related field (required)
- 3-5 years of related experience (Required)
- Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
