RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily tasks/processes
• [To handle queries and clarifications sought by Analysts w.r.t. any operational/ technical & process related issue.
• To understand customer’s concerns & issues and resolve the same.
• Work and coordinate with team members
• To keep oneself abreast of all the updates applicable to policies/regulations/compliances
• Manage compliance requirements for Processes, functions, organization and Client.
• Accurate delivery of deliverable in strict SLA driven environment.
• Database Management
