TITLE:

Consultant
KBR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team, supporting the development and implementation of Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) strategies for the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC). If you have a strong background in CBM+ concepts, predictive maintenance technologies, and data analytics, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to impactful projects. In this role, you will provide expertise across various disciplines, including solution engineering, data science, and data engineering, collaborating with a talented team to deliver cutting-edge maintenance strategies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

Experience: 10+ years of experience in CBM+, Data Engineering and Analytics

  • Proficiency in Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) and cloud technologies
  • Experience with data analytics tools and platforms, including AI/ML for predictive maintenance applications
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CBM+ projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20 hours/week
Compensation: $111,000-167,000. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) strategies tailored for the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC), focusing on predictive maintenance and asset management improvements.
  • Provide expert consultation on CBM+ concepts, including the integration of predictive maintenance technologies and best practices in maintenance planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering technical expertise in solution engineering, data science, and data engineering to drive data-driven maintenance solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that support decision-making and enhance maintenance efficiency.
  • Ensure that all CBM+ initiatives are aligned with the organization’s objectives and comply with relevant industry standards and military requirements.
