Responsibilities:
Exciting opportunity to join our liability claims business-unit. It is a highly engaging role, interacting with our teams nation-wide. The role will provide you an opportunity to interact with diverse stakeholders; insurers, underwriters and solicitors.
This role entails the management of a portfolio of property damage and personal injury liability claims from end to end. In this role, you will be responsible for;
- Validation of new claims (lodged by Lodgement Consultants)
- Consideration and assessment of indemnity, liability and quantum
- Communicate with and manage customer/broker needs and expectations
- Investigate circumstances through corresponding, phone calls or the appointment of assessors
- Management of litigation assisted by our Liability Legal Panel
- Handle disputes and technical issues that arise
- Administer the processing required in ClaimsCentre and other various tasks as required.
This is a full-time permanent role and can be based out of any location where we have our offices; Melbourne, Adelaide, Syndey or Perth.
