Responsibilities:

Exciting opportunity to join our liability claims business-unit. It is a highly engaging role, interacting with our teams nation-wide. The role will provide you an opportunity to interact with diverse stakeholders; insurers, underwriters and solicitors.

This role entails the management of a portfolio of property damage and personal injury liability claims from end to end. In this role, you will be responsible for;

  • Validation of new claims (lodged by Lodgement Consultants)
  • Consideration and assessment of indemnity, liability and quantum
  • Communicate with and manage customer/broker needs and expectations
  • Investigate circumstances through corresponding, phone calls or the appointment of assessors
  • Management of litigation assisted by our Liability Legal Panel
  • Handle disputes and technical issues that arise
  • Administer the processing required in ClaimsCentre and other various tasks as required.

This is a full-time permanent role and can be based out of any location where we have our offices; Melbourne, Adelaide, Syndey or Perth.
