Provide consulting services to clients on healthcare enabling technology related projects in an analyst, subject matter expert or training capacity. Work directly with the Practice Director and/or Practice Manager and Consulting Services Team to enable sales opportunities, support solution development, and provide exceptional on-site solution delivery based upon the needs of Healthtech clients.
The MEDITECH Clinical BA Lead will work with the MEDITECH Consulting Services team, Practice Managers, and Directors to support solution development, address complex client concerns, and provide exceptional on-site solution delivery based upon the needs of Healthtech clients. The MEDITECH Clinical BA Lead can communicate well with project leaders, managers, and team leaders, as well as other team members, end-users, and vendors to ensure a productive and cooperative environment. Three or more years of hands-on MEDITECH IT experience
Strong communication skills and work ethic

The MEDITECH Clinical BA Lead provides consulting services to clients on MEDITECH-related projects, clinically based as a subject matter expert, to deliver solutions to achieve defined benefits. The MEDITECH Clinical BA Lead will work with the MEDITECH Consulting Services team, Practice Managers, and Directors to support solution development, address complex client concerns, and provide exceptional on-site solution delivery based upon the needs of Healthtech clients. The MEDITECH Clinical BA Lead can communicate well with project leaders, managers, and team leaders, as well as other team members, end-users, and vendors to ensure a productive and cooperative environment. • Three or more years of hands-on MEDITECH IT experience
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Residing in Canada

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Senior business analyst/builder with diverse experience with Meditech Expanse, Advance Clinicals; specifically
• Experience with other modules within MEDITECH Expanse, Advanced Clinicals will be an asset;
• Knowledge/ experience of any of the following HER domains, preferably in a BC context will be an advantage:
• Nursing and Allied Health Documentation
• Emergency Module
• Medication Verification
• Clinical Decision Support
• Patient Access (Admission, Discharge, Transfer, Registration, Scheduling)
• Order Management
• Provider Documentation
• Manage Transfer & Hold Queue
• Ambulatory/ Primary Care
• Advanced Clinical Functionality

• Leverage knowledge and expertise to build designed orders and order sets in Meditech Expanse, Advanced Clinicals
• Participate in design of test cases, perform testing of the application by following test scripts and report bugs as necessary
• Advise team members on technical aspects and/impacts within Meditech Expanse, Advanced Clinical that may design/influence design
• Function within greater project plan report progress, risks/issues to Project Manager at defined cadence
• Work with other project teams (as required) to ensure system build is in alignment with greater workflows.
• Collaborate within working groups to establish recommended design; support conversations with robust knowledge of Meditech Expanse, Advanced Clinicals
• Support Governance Conversations/Presentations with technical knowledge of Meditech Expanse, Advance Clinicals
• Make recommendations/advice on alternate solutioning options (where applicable)
• Participates and presents at various governance and project meetings as required.
